Shifu Richard has been practicing martial arts since he was 8 years old. Richard has been teaching Tai Chi for 28 years in Sarasota/Manatee counties. He has also been a Tai Chi competitor, coach as well as an international judge.
Shifu Richard will demonstrate and participate with you in sharing healthy balance exercises specifically connected with Tai Chi.
